Chickasaw elder William Harrison has spent his entire career nurturing the lives of youth through education and coaching. He is finishing his final year as the Superintendent of Justice Schools located in Wewoka, Oklahoma. Every year as an educator Mr. Harrison has added new tasks to his job description, fulfilling any unmet need he could find. His humility and love for his students, coworkers, and neighbors is evident in his selfless, problem-solving mentality. Whether it be mopping the floors or picking up students for school, he takes pride in caring for his school and giving from the heart to benefit the next generation.
