This summer marks the second anniversary of the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center which continually makes changes to better the services it offers patients in need. A new department focuses on one thing, hospitality. Joyce West, Hospitality Manager, and her staff spend their days ensuring that all of the patients feel like they are at home. They greet people at the door, take them to their destinations and engage them in conversation to give them that sense of comfort and safety.
