1/4 cup bacon drippings*
1 cup wild onions, chopped
6 eggs
*If you don't have bacon grease on hand, sub with butter or any cooking oil
Heat bacon grease over stove. Add chopped onion and saute until tender. Meanwhile, scramble eggs in a large bowl. Once onions are tender, add in scrambled eggs, salt and pepper. Scramble until eggs are cooked through.
