2 bananas, mashed
2 c. oats
¼ t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 c. peanut butter
¼ c. honey
¼ c. dried fruit
¼ c. chocolate chips, mini

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix bananas, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, peanut butter, honey, dried fruit, and chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon scoop, drop a tablespoon of batter on the baking sheet. Press cookies down slightly to flatten. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely and/or freeze in a freezer bag.
