The Chickasaw Nation works to improve the quality of life of its citizens by recruiting and developing skilled employees within the tribe. The HR Recruitment program provides employment training and connects individuals with employers in their desired field. From one-on-one workshops, mock interviews and employment assistance, recruiters and HR representatives can assist individuals in finding and interviewing for a position with confidence.
The HR department works to recruit individuals from all walks of life, from career professionals to those who are starting out or returning to the workforce. While all applicants are eligible for employment, Chickasaw citizens have first preference, followed by those with Chickasaw families and dependents residing under their roof. Other Native American citizens have third preference and non-natives, fourth. Military veterans are also provided preference.
