Resources to learn the Chickasaw language are available in many mediums to meet the needs of new speakers. Dictionaries and textbooks are available through the Chickasaw Press. Language camps, and community and college classes are available at multiple locations within the Chickasaw Nation-please contact the department of language at 580-272-5318-to learn specifics. A free Language app is available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, which allows users to learn basics no matter where they live. The language channel on Chickasaw.tv will continue to add to its online curriculum with video lessons and games that make learning fun.
