A renowned artist, Dana Tiger draws inspiration from her family and native heritage. She has won several awards and is nationally acclaimed as an artist.
After her father's passing when she was just five years old, Dana turned to art to better know and remember him. Her father was legendary artist Jerome Tiger. Dana’s uncle took her under his wing and exposed Dana to the beauty of her Native American heritage, as well as the abundance of her family's artistic tradition.
Dana is known for her watercolors and acrylic paintings, which are featured in buildings, galleries and universities nationwide. Always looking to her family for more inspiration, she accredits her daughter with motivating her to draw in a sketchbook. This has led to the quality of her work becoming better and better.
Regardless of being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Dana focuses on the big picture and works every day to stay healthy. She keeps her creativity and art going for everyone else to enjoy.
